- Associate or Technical Degree
- Experience with tooling
- Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and engineering drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of engineering and tool design required
- Ability to read, comprehend, follow, and document work instructions, standard operating procedures, and training documents

Desirable Criteria & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (e.g., chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering)
- Proficiency with 3D modeling software (i.e., SolidWorks)
- Quality / OE Training / Certifications (Lean, Six-Sigma, ASQ-CQE, etc.).
- Formal supervisory or leadership training
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001/13485
- Clean room environment experience
Physical & Environmental Demands
Cretex Companies use cutting oils, solvents, and other chemicals in the manufacturing process. Testing is conducted on a periodic basis to ensure that all chemicals are kept well below the OSHA permissible exposure levels.
