Overview

Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, sourcing, analytics, and talent branding for the Cretex organization. Additionally, this role will be responsible for sourcing strategies, cultivating relationships with schools, staffing agencies, and organizations to develop relationships and candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

 

Essential Job Functions                                                                

  • Be the subject matter expert on the recruitment process for Cretex and its operating companies
  • Manage the candidate experience through the talent acquisition software, iCIMS, by implementing system improvements and enhancements
  • Nurture existing viable candidates in iCIMS for potential future openings
  • Establish and optimize candidate sourcing in iCIMS
  • Identify and implement efficient, effective, and inclusive recruiting methods
  • Lead the internship program
  • Partner with other recruiters to develop processes and standard work that is consistent across operating companies
  • Manage and enhance the candidate experience
  • Lead consistent candidate onboarding process for hand-off to business units
  • Establish and maintain effective past employee reach-out program
  • Partner with marketing and operating companies to develop advertising strategies, videos, testimonials, and marketing campaigns to promote our brand
  • Manage social media platforms, LinkedIn, indeed, Glassdoor, etc.
  • Source candidates, screen resumes and select qualified candidates for the next step in the recruitment process
  • Maintain candidate pipelines, processes, and procedures
  • Attend and support open house and job fairs at Cretex Facilities
  • Perform full cycle recruitment responsibilities for hourly and exempt positions as needed, supporting the operating companies
  • In partnership with Operating Companies, develop key relationships with school instructors and counselors, university groups, diversity groups, and staffing agencies
  • Manage agreements and negotiate terms with third party vendors
  • Create training materials and deliver training to the HR team members, and operating company leaders on system processes and recruitment best practices
  • Participate in the Operational Excellence Program
  • Complete all other work duties as assigned
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements, Education & Experience (incl. KSA’s and certifications)

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting for exempt and hourly roles
  • 3 years of experience working in iCIMS applicant tracking system
  • Experience developing and implementing sourcing strategies, focused on the employee or manager experience
  • Experience managing social media platforms
  • Ability to build relationships with our leaders and external stakeholders
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards; and the ability to analyze data to make recommendations and improvements
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships internally and externally
  • Strong communication, influence, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong service orientation with business-driven mindset, sense of urgency and continual drive for process improvement
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to travel as needed

 

Desirable Criteria & Qualifications

  • HR Certification
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Medical device recruitment
  • Continuing Education; including participation in local chapters, associations, and/or organizations

Pay Range

USD $68,000.00 - USD $85,300.00 /Yr.

Pay Range Details

This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full hiring range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.
